Innova Medical LTD was established in Athens, Greece in June 1999. The company offers cutting edge medical products that provide solutions in diagnosis and therapy through exclusive sales agreements with leading medical technology manufacturers located throughout the world.

 
Development and Expansion
The company focused from the start on introducing new, more effective clinical methods and products to the market. It first served the fields of aesthetic dermatology, plastic surgery, and vascular surgery by establishing an exclusive representation agreement with Candela Laser Corporation (USA) for both Greece and Cyprus.
 
Within the same year, Innova Medical expanded its product portfolio by adding high quality diagnostic equipment through an exclusive agreement with Medtronic/Dantec, a leading manufacturer in the fields of neurology, urology and gastroenterology.
 
Encouraged by its successful results, the company realized even more of its strategic plan by expanding its product portfolio and activities through the establishment of new exclusive representation agreements.
 
Most recently, in June 2007, Innova Medical, in an effort to ensure a leading position in the area of Aesthetic Dermatology in neighbouring countries as well as in Greece, expanded its activities in Turkey by becoming a major shareholder of a new founded company under the trade name of Innova Medikal Turkey S.A. The new company's headquarters are located in Istanbul so as to provide first-rate quality service throughout all of Turkey.
